This new experience will give shoppers and aficionados a destination to indulge in premium chocolate and other freshly made delicacies, whilst watching artisan handcrafting innovative recipes. An incomparable experience for all food enthusiasts. This retail experience challenges the norm, seeking new boundaries of innovation through product and service excellence. Every level of detail has been dedicated to the flagship store, from the unveiling of a new collection of pastries and cakes, to Executive Chef Koo’s interpretation of macaroons, hand selected tea from Tea Marriage Frères to passionate baristas mastering the art of authentic Lavazza coffee.

When selecting ingredients, we embrace a philosophy of ‘less is more.’ Hong Kong boasts a sophisticated consumer and palate and for this reason we thrive ourselves on creativity, originality, and finding a balance. A balance of regional and imported ingredients, a balance of textures, a balance of traditional and innovative recipes, all of which with a common purpose to achieve a perfect harmony for our customers. Great pride is given to freshness and the selection of ingredients. From the seasonal fruit and flour selected for our fruit tarts, to the eggs and freshly made jam for our sponge cakes. Each ingredient is hand selected by our artisans from what we consider are the best suppliers around the world. In our world, food is not static, and for this reason we are inspired by seasonality and flexibility. We anxiously wait for blood oranges to be in season in Italy, we select pears grown from a Japanese greenhouse, to mastering a family’s recipe for dulce de leche. Every detail for each product deserves and demands individuality and attention.
