近日有公司以 Lambo Center Hong Kong 的名稱在汽車雜誌刊登廣告，聲稱正式從生產商平行入口林寶堅尼汽車。此項聲明完全失實，惟恐對消費者構成混淆，林寶堅尼香港 (Lamborghini Hong Kong)  與生產商 Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. (“Lamborghini”) 商議後，就此作出以下聲明：

1. 林寶堅尼香港 (Lamborghini Hong Kong) 是生產商 Lamborghini 在香港之獨家代理商，從生產商 Lamborghini 直接進口林寶堅尼汽車、配件及精品，並為林寶堅尼汽車車主提供原廠維修保養。

2. 為能提供最佳售後服務予林寶堅尼汽車車主，生產商 Lamborghini 已於2010年4月14 日通告其各地區之授權代理商, 聲明從2010年4月15 日起, 只會向從此等授權代理商購入之林寶堅尼汽車在其所屬地區提供原廠維修保養。因此，如非從林寶堅尼香港 (Lamborghini Hong Kong) 所購買之林寶堅尼汽車, 則不會在香港獲得任何原廠維修保養服務。每輛林寶堅尼汽車的車主手冊內已詳細列明所購買車款型號的保養期及其細則。個別型號的保養期會有所不同，敬請留意。

Declaration

A company by the name of Lambo Center Hong Kong had recently advertised in an automotive magazine, claiming itself to be the official parallel importer of Lamborghini vehicles from the manufacturer. Such statement is totally untrue. For fear that such statement causes confusion to consumers, we, Lamborghini Hong Kong after deliberation with the manufacturer Automobili Lamborghini SpA (“Lamborghini SpA”) hereby make the following statements.

1. we are the exclusive Lamborghini dealer in Hong Kong and imports Lamborghini vehicles, accessories and artifacts directly from Lamborghini SpA .We are also authorized to provide manufacturers’ warranty service to owners of Lamborghini vehicles.

2. In order to provide the best service to the owners of Lamborghini vehicles, Lamborghini SpA had on 14th April 2010 issued a letter to its dealers in all regions relating to the Lamborghini limited warranty to be provided on Lamborghini vehicles to the effect that commencing on 15th April 2010, a person who owns a Lamborghini vehicle that originally was purchased from an authorized Lamborghini dealer within a particular country may only receive warranty service from an authorized dealer located in that same country.

In the circumstances, owners of Lamborghini vehicles not purchased from Lamborghini Hong Kong will not be entitled to receive the manufacturer’s warranty in Hong Kong.
As set forth in the Lamborghini limited warranty, such warranty offered and provided by Lamborghini is only valid for a limited period of time. The specific warranty period is set out in the Warranty and Maintenance Booklet that is provided with each new Lamborghini vehicle. The warranty period may vary according to different models.
